Kent & London Interior Photographer | Frequently Asked Questions
Which geographical areas do you cover?
I live in Broadstairs and cover the whole of Kent and London. I can travel further to other areas of the UK and overseas if required (please fill out a contact form and tell me about your requirements).
Which spaces can you photograph?
I can photograph all interiors across Kent and London including hotels, AirBnB’s, shops, office spaces, new build and ready to sell properties, gyms, retail units and museums/galleries.
How do we prepare for our interior shot?
Please just make sure that the whole space is clean and tidy and how you would like the photo’s to look when they are published. I can photoshop/brush out small details of wear and tear but it’s always best to make sure the area is looking tidy before the shoot. I like to photograph the space using natural light if its possible so please make sure any blinds are left up or open. It’s also best for me to photograph the area when nobody is using the space, i.e. if its an office space then its probably best to the shoot out of hours (you can use your own models if you would like people within the photo’s).
How and when do we get our photograph’s?
After the shoot it will usually take me 5-10x days to edit and process your images. You will receive your images on a downloadable Pixieset cloud album link, all in high resolution and web ready formats.
Do we get a copyright license?
As the photographer I naturally own the copyright on the images I take but I also supply you with your own copyright license which means that you can use the photo’s how ever you wish to do so. There are no hidden costs from myself once you receive the images. I will sometimes use the images to promote my website or on social media (you can opt out at any stage).
How much do you charge?
Pricing starts at £200 and depends on the size/amount of rooms per property and whether you require interior only or interior and exterior photographed. Please get in touch for a quotation.
When is payment due?
Within 14x days of you receiving your final digital album.
What equipment do you use?
Full frame 35mm mirrorless digital cameras and professional ultra wide zoom and medium telephoto prime lenses. I shoot with a 26 megapixel body for most of my work but I can use a larger 61 megapixel ultra high resolution camera if you require your final images to have the flexibility to print large. I use a lightweight tripod which has rubber feet so it wont scratch your flooring.
How long have you been a photographer?
I have been a professional photographer for over 12x years now. As well a photographing interiors I am also a Kent Wedding Photographer and an owner of a photography gallery in Broadstairs called Kent Coast Gallery. During my time off I travel across the USA taking photo’s of the National Parks.
